remove a bit of duplicate code in op_size, the second instance was a no-op anyway
fix the failing tests by rewriting the test logic to be sane
the count of array slots was off by one

To install Devel::Size, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Devel::Size

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Devel::Size
