Changes for version 0.004 - 2014-02-06

make warnings FATAL at compile-time only

To install warnings::MaybeFatal, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm warnings::MaybeFatal

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install warnings::MaybeFatal
