Updated code, documentation and test suite to accommodate for new features in RPC::ExtDirect 2.00.

Ext.Direct remoting interface for CGI applications

To install CGI::ExtDirect, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::ExtDirect

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::ExtDirect
