- Dont include local/ in cpan distribution
- This adds a Prune on local/ to dist.ini and will not include the folder in the cpan tar ball.

mock SMTP server for use in tests

To install Test::Mock::Net::Server::Mail, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Mock::Net::Server::Mail

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Mock::Net::Server::Mail
