Changes for version v0.4.1 - 2015-10-29

One test fails on systems with `Dist::Zilla` pre-5.038 because old `Test::DZil` versions write keys to `dist.ini` file in unpredictable order. The test skipped if `Dist::Zilla` version older than required.
