IWL::Page::Meta - a meta object
IWL::Object -> IWL::Page::Meta
The meta object provides the <meta> html markup, with all it's attributes.
IWL::Meta->new ([%ARGS])
Where %ARGS is an optional hash parameter with with key-values corresponding to the attributes that a regular <meta> markup would have.
Sets the http-equiv to EQUIV and the content to CONTENT
Parameters: EQUIV - the http-equiv. CONTENT - the content
Returns an array of the meta object's http-equiv and content values
