IWL::Frame - a frame object
IWL::Error -> IWL::Object -> IWL::Widget -> IWL::Input -> IWL::Frame
The frame is a container for grouping logically similar widgets. It is NOT the html frame object, but rather, the fieldset one.
IWL::Frame->new ([%ARGS])
Where %ARGS is an optional hash parameter with with key-values.
Sets the label of the frame.
Parameter: TEXT - the text for the label
Returns the frame's label text
