Changes for version 0.0.25

API CHANGES:
- read_pid() is now pid()
- pid attribute removed, now call $obj->pid() instead of $obj->pid
- no longer caches pid in Proc::Launcher
- resolves a bug where supervisor thinks a process was shut down and starts a second one
