The handler class to process the response of stream search. The handler should be constructed with a Google::Ads::GoogleAds::VX::Services::GoogleAdsService and a Google::Ads::GoogleAds::VX::Services::GoogleAdsService::SearchGoogleAdsStreamRequest.
