SystemC::Vregs::Input::Layout - Inputting .vregs files
SystemC::Vregs::Input::Layout->new->read(pack=>$VregsPackageObject, filename=>$fn);
This package reads .vregs format from a file. It is called by the Vregs package.
Create and return a new output class.
