Changes for version 0.026_01 - 2015-07-03

Protect against Date::Manip calling chdir() Under FreeBSD, under at least some circumstances, Date::Manip calls chdir() when determining the default time zone. In order to protect against this we save and restore the working directory around module loads (which is overkill) and around time zone setting (since setting the zone to '' triggers this behavior). Yes, this is a kluge.
