Changes for version 0.019

Convert to Perl Foundation-recommended license. Reorganize author tests to run on separate Build.PL tag, not a magic environment variable. Module::Build is no longer required for configuration since you can use ExtUtils::MakeMaker if you wish.

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client/WSQueryInterfaceService.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
