Improve test for unavailable server
Default server attribute to environment variable ASTRO_SIMBAD_CLIENT_SERVER if that has a true value.
Tests of the release() method are now TODO. What happened was that on September 6 2016 the release information was omitted from the web site. It is back on the 7th, but once bitten twice shy.
Have t/basic.t display SIMBAD server SW release

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client/WSQueryInterfaceService.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
