Changes for version 0.038 - 2018-10-02

Properly test without https: support. This means checking and skipping, but it also means including LWP::Protocol::https in the list of optional modules. Reluctantly, because it is not used directly.

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client/WSQueryInterfaceService.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
