Allow PASS_VARIANT_BRIGHTEST event even if the 'visible' attribute is false. Document magnitude functionality in satpass script.

Add pass variant PASS_VARIANT_BRIGHTEST. If this is set, an event representing the time the satellite is brightest will be added to the pass. This is ignored if the calculation can not be made (e.g. if 'visible' is false, or 'intrinsic_magnitude' is undefined). Clarify Astro::Coord::ECI::Moon phase() docs. Eliminate uses of each() built-in. Add magnitude functionality to satpass script.
