Changes for version 1.91

Functional interface is back. *
Sys::HostIP will remain backwards compatible. *
Fix bug reported by Mr. Muskrat where ifconfig would be searched even on Windows. This failed because Windows doesn't have ifconfig.
Refactoring, cleanups.

Try extra hard to get IP address related info

To install Sys::HostIP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sys::HostIP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sys::HostIP
