Weather-API-Base
Weather::API::Base - Base/util module for Weather API clients
INSTALLATION
Normally you would expect to use a package manager like cpanm to install as:
    cpanm Weather::API::Base
But to install this module manually, run the following commands:
        perl Makefile.PL
        make
        make test
        make install

    https://metacpan.org/pod/Weather::API::Base
After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the
perldoc command.
    perldoc Weather::API::Base
