BASIC INSTALLATION
For all users on most Unix systems:
    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    sudo make install
For all users on most Windows systems:
    perl Makefile.PL
    dmake
    dmake test
    dmake install
  
ADVANCED INSTALLATION
Most users will want to stick to the basic installation method of this
document.  Re-packagers, and other adventurers, will find alternative
methods discussed in the core/ALTERNATIVES document.
