Description: Format HTML to text in perl using external programs
HTML::FormatExternal turns HTML into plain text by running it through
one of elinks, html2text, links, lynx, netrik, w3m or zen. The
programming interface is compatible with HTML::FormatText and other
HTML::Formatter classes.
