<PACER SYSTEMS> TO MAKE ACQUISITION
  Pacer Systems said it has
  agreed in principle to acquire the assets of Sea Data Corp, a
  maker of low-powered electronic systems including undersea
  intelligent recording sensors and high-density digital data
  recorders, for one mln dlrs.
