Changes for version 0.06

Fixed bug (identified by Crabtree and Galens) involving set_logger_instance calls on all logger instances.

Partial implementation of Log::Log4perl with reduced disk IO.

Foundation class for Log::Cabin

To install Log::Cabin, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Cabin

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Cabin
