Documentation cleanups.
Altered 00-load.t to return at least ONE "ok", so smoke tests can have something positive to report, eg "all tests pass."

Wrap Net-SNMP's SNMP::Session in POE

in lib/POE/Component/SNMP/Session/Dispatcher.pm

To install POE::Component::SNMP::Session, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::SNMP::Session

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::SNMP::Session
