PerlBuildSystem-0.44 - Build utility/modules in the same spirit as gmake

Generates _pbs.exe from the installed PBS copy. _pbs.exe should be put on kurdamir.

Generates pbs.exe from run_pbs.pl. pbs.exe fetches _pbs.exe from kurdamir when run.

To install PBS::Log, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PBS::Log

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PBS::Log
