API change: all_pod_files_ok() no longer takes files or directories as arguments. The files to be tested is now obtained from XT::Files.
Import croak from Carp instead of calling Carp::croak
Removed minimal dependency on Test::TempDir::Tiny 0.017
Fixed documentation of new, arguments are not a hash ref
skip needs $how_many with Test::More < 1.302013_009
Removed autodie in tests

cpanm Test::Pod::Links

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Pod::Links
