set( $estimated_date_available [,$medium] [,$locations] )

Sets the object's estimated-date-available (Biblio::ILL::ISO::ISODate), (optionally) hold-placed-medium-type (Biblio::ILL::ISO::MediumType), and (optionally) locations (Biblio::ILL::ISO::LocationInfoSequence).

from_asn($href)
