Changes for version 1.91

Calculate column affinity types in the metadata preparation phase
Throw an exception when tables contain BLOB types and the database is unicode, as the blob data will be corrupted.
Improved testing for blobs and unicode, and TODO a known problem

Extremely light weight SQLite-specific ORM

To install ORLite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ORLite

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ORLite
