Results.pm moved to a separate dist to facilitate the use case where you need one installation of AMS for an entire group of servers, and want to unfreeze the Results object on a system without AMS.
Various other additions, mostly fleshing out the module to better meet the specification

To install Geo::Address::Mail::Standardizer::USPS::AMS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::Address::Mail::Standardizer::USPS::AMS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
