Changes for version 1.15

Default to catch certain signals to avoid creating stale locks on graceful termination.
More tests to test signal handlers.
Fix test t/300_bl_sh.t to measure only what is required.

perl module to do NFS (or not) locking

To install File::NFSLock, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::NFSLock

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::NFSLock
