Changes for version 0.03 - 2010-10-17

Documentation fix for the --nospecial option in mkpasswd.pl. <https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=50183>
Removed MANIFEST.SKIP and RPM spec files.
Added Build.PL, cleaned up Makefile.PL and README.

To install String::MkPasswd, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm String::MkPasswd

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install String::MkPasswd
