in private-lib/Module/Install/PRIVATE/Enable_Verbose_CPAN_Testing.pm

To install Module::Install::CustomInstallationPath, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Install::CustomInstallationPath

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Install::CustomInstallationPath
