Changes for version 0.18

Enhanced to use a unique key for a table where a primary key is not defined. Unique indexes are NOT covered by this change.

Creates a static data script for a database table

Given a table name, output it and its prior dependencies in key-dependency preserving order

Static data script support package for SSDT post-deployment steps, Ded MedVed..

To install VSGDR::StaticData, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm VSGDR::StaticData

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install VSGDR::StaticData
