Changes for version 0.81

Backed out a change which seems to break reading multi-dimension strings into PDL::Chars.
Added NetCDF.pm to the MANIFEST to CPAN will recognize that this module should go in the PDL directory

Object-oriented interface between NetCDF files and PDL objects.

To install PDL::NetCDF, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PDL::NetCDF

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PDL::NetCDF
