Changes for version 0.08

Implement add_file_ext(), which acts as a fallback to guessing MIME types based on the file extension, when all else fails
Fix fmm_ascmagic so that when it fallsback to text/plain, it correctly reports that it guessed, not a real match.

Guess File Type With XS (a la mod_mime_magic)

in lib/File/MMagic/compat.pm

To install File::MMagic::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::MMagic::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::MMagic::XS
