Now taking default MANIFEST.SKIP content directly from installed version of ExtUtils::Manifest, rather than inlining a copy (Karen Etheridge)

To install Test::DistManifest, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::DistManifest

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::DistManifest
