Changes for version 3.1.1 - 2021-08-24

  • Fix
    • CheckFile: pathnames with "unusual" characters weren't being correctly decoded from the output of git-log. They are quoted as explained for the configuration variable core.quotePath (see git-config(1)).
    • Fix several Perl::Critic complaints in the test suite scripts.
