Changes for version 0.1.14

Add DESTROY methods for all classes (before we had only DESTROY for classes that calls ne_destroy_xxx), so we are sure memory and internal data structures are cleaned up correctly.

Perl interface to Neon HTTP and WebDAV client library

in Webdav/Constants.pm

To install HTTP::Webdav, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTTP::Webdav

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTTP::Webdav
