Replaced ReadmeFromPod with ReadmeAnyFromPod and generate markdown readme files instead of plain text
Using CopyFilesFromBuild to copy README.md from build directory to root directory
Added PluginRemover and Config::Slicer roles to the bundle to allow bundle customization
Re-added MetaYAML for older toolchains that do not support MetaJSON
