MaxMind-DB-Writer

Changes for version 0.201002 - 2016-11-30

Data merges are now cached so that we do not have to merge the same two hashes repeatedly.
Remove unnecessary encode call that slowed down generation of data key on inserts.

Create MaxMind DB database files

in lib/MaxMind/DB/Writer/Util.pm

To install MaxMind::DB::Writer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MaxMind::DB::Writer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MaxMind::DB::Writer
