Changes for version 1.2 - 2017-11-07

  • the CLONE constants wrongly acuqired a CLONE_ prefix, remove it again (reported by Ryan Voots).
  • use __has_include to check for existance of linux/kcmp.h, if the compiler defines it in case there is a kernel/libc mismatch.
