Removed UNIVERSAL::require from distribution. It is now in its own distribution.

To install UNIVERSAL::exports, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm UNIVERSAL::exports

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install UNIVERSAL::exports
