added savage repository for 5.8 (which should be active soon), fixed up some urls (trailing slash is known to mess up some versions of ppm)

a list of all known ppm package repositories

To install PPM::Repositories, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PPM::Repositories

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PPM::Repositories
