Loads a Newick tree into a database or a spreadsheet

Loads the NCBI taxonomy dump into a database

Loads a tree in the format of PhyloTree.org

Given a list of taxa, returns subtree from a database

Phylogenetic database as a tree object

Phylogenetic database record as a node object

To install Bio::Phylo::Forest::DBTree, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::Phylo::Forest::DBTree

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::Phylo::Forest::DBTree
