Changes for version 0.04

I changed the way Verbosity is handled. Removing the $Class::Throwable::VERBOSE variable, in favor of a more flexible alternative.
- added tests and docs for this

A minimal lightweight exception class

To install Class::Throwable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Class::Throwable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Class::Throwable
