remove _aTHX _pTHX junk from API (will slow down threaded perl, but who gives a fuck)

fast URI framework, compatible with classic URI.pm, with C++ interface

To install URI::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm URI::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install URI::XS
