Changes for version 1.12 - 2023-04-29

  • Significant Updates since 1.11
    • Two fairly minor updates that should not impact anyone much. Dropping support for 5.008 - if you really need it send a PR to fix. There has been a longstanding "bug" that inserted standalone in the xml declaration whether it was needed or not. This makes it optional if it is not required for externally-defined DTD or directly specified.
