Bug fix in interface_info() erroneously attributing duplex to first interface indexes.
Removed excess 'bless' in interface_info(), interface_metrics(), interface_utilization(), line_info().
Net::IPv6Addr made optional in Makefile.PL and proxy_ping() dependent on Socket >= 1.94
Error 'use blib' removed from bin\cisco-conf.pl

will be a complete rewrite separating functions into sub classes allowing for quicker and easier development as well as allowing others to contribute to the Cisco::Management package. For the most part, the initial release will be 99% backward compatible with several warnings for deprecated calls that should be updated to the new API.
