Changes for version 0.123 - 2018-11-29

Skip data tests in t/query_spacetrack.t on fetch error. Also skip the fetch if it returns a 500. This completes the test work started in version 0.121.

Perl application to fetch satellite orbit data.

Retrieve orbital data from www.space-track.org.

To install Astro::SpaceTrack, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SpaceTrack

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SpaceTrack
