 - change implementation about uri_encode(), uri_decode(), uri_escape()
   and uri_unescape(). these functions are removed from the module and
   use them by using the external module CGI::Uricode.
 - change usage of decryptjam().
 - now all functions are changed to be exportable functions.
   no functions are exported by default.
