Changes for version 0.09 - 2005-11-05

change implementation about uri_encode(), uri_decode(), uri_escape() and uri_unescape(). these functions are removed from the module and use them by using the external module CGI::Uricode.
change usage of decryptjam().
now all functions are changed to be exportable functions. no functions are exported by default.

Jam a large number of cookies to a small one.

To install CGI::Cookie::Jam, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Cookie::Jam

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Cookie::Jam
