Alien-nghttp3-0.01

Changes for version 0.01 - 2026-10-02

Initial release.
Use a system libnghttp3 1.18.0 or newer when available.
Include nghttp3 1.18.0 source for the fallback build.
Build the fallback without downloading nghttp3 from the network.
Build only libnghttp3 for the fallback.
Keep the distribution independent of QUIC implementations, TLS, event loops, and HTTP frameworks.
Support Perl 5.20 and newer.
Require Alien::Build 2.84 or newer.
Test the native library with a real XS compile and link test.

Find or build libnghttp3

To install Alien::nghttp3, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::nghttp3

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::nghttp3
